Need Some advice, please.

I'm fairly new to the game(only 360k power), and boy do I wish I read up on a lot of things before I went doing my own thing. I upgraded Thutmose quite a bit(not with heads), and now I'm reading that Sun Tzu more than likely should've been the route I went more toward.

I'm basically just wondering what I should do with these commanders, level wise, or just any good advice you guys have for me. I know to use Cleo and Seon for gathering and not to use heads on any of these legendaries. Thank you for the advice!
