Panic disorder

Mental Health is a very touchy subject, and a difficult subject for some to talk about. It’s hard for some people that don’t suffer with mental disorders to understand what people that do struggle with mental illnesses go through. As being part of this support group, we all need to be respectful of each other and offer support. We can help others struggling by sharing our own experiences and how we overcame obstacles how we never gave up and continued on living our lives…stronger than ever!❤️
