How can i avoid the truck from clipping through the bottom of my cargo plane but also holding it in place during flight? It clips when its docked but doesnt when its undocked. Can KAS solve this?

How do people build massive vehicle transporting SSTOs? how much thrust to weight ratio do you need? how do you balance the amount of liquid fuel and oxidizers? Im using OPT spaceplane mod here with 4 cutlass engines but can barely get off the runway and my thrust keeps dropping after takeoff

My first jool mission! Main body carries a Vall probe along to Jool and take an atmospheric dip after dropping off. Ended up with not enough delta V to land on kerbin even with aerobraking :(
