At this point, I think it’s worth letting the parents know that she is not a leader, and that her emails are not official troop communications. I know that’s a hard email to send, but as a parent, I would much rather know that this lady was out there going rogue, rather than thinking that my kid’s troop leadership couldn’t get their messaging straight.

Shes still registered as a troop leader. She has continued to do every year after she stepped down. Council still hasn't changed it changed it in the system so she can't do this when she registers.
