All frameworks that I have seen as of late are almost identical. There are some minor cosmetic differences but at the core they are the same thing.

It depends on your experience, use case, comfort with coding, lead time, and many other factors. For many, frameworks are a must. For others, frameworks add an unnecessary layer of abstraction. Only you and your company can answer that question for your use case(s).

Practice some open stance forehands! You’ll notice it’ll enable you to hit sharper cross court angles and allows you to recover and set up a little more quickly. If you watch many pro level players - vast majority of forehands are hit open stance.

You're waiting on the ball for far too long and letting it drop way too low. You are never going to have this much time to wind up and hit a forehand against an actual opponent as well.

Yeah, I "feel" that when I hit my FH, it gives me the illusion to increase the top spin... During a match that's one of the first thing that's causing me serious problems. Not sure how to fix it...
